One record per person
Separate schedules, histories and tablet counts for each person you support. Switch between them in a tap, without mixing records.
For carers, care providers and clinicians
LogMeds gives care teams one clear, secure record per person: every scheduled dose, every missed dose and every blood-pressure reading — on iPhone, and on the web for reviews and handovers.
Separate schedules, histories and tablet counts for each person you support. Switch between them in a tap, without mixing records.
A calendar marks every day as complete, partly taken or missed, and follow-up reminders repeat until a due dose is logged.
Record systolic, diastolic and pulse. Readings are labelled using published guideline ranges and charted, next to the medicine history they relate to.
Review on a larger screen through web access, correct an entry, and print or save a PDF record for a GP, pharmacist or next shift.
Remaining tablets are counted down as doses are logged, with a warning in time to reorder.
Doses logged offline are kept on the device and sent as soon as a connection returns — useful in basements, rural visits and hospitals.
Health data needs stronger protection than an ordinary app. These controls are built in and cannot be switched off by users.
| Requirement | How LogMeds meets it |
|---|---|
| App access on the device | A 6-digit PIN is mandatory for every account. Face ID or Touch ID can be added on top, with the PIN always as fallback. The app locks every time it is closed or sent to the background. |
| Guessing protection | After five wrong PINs, each further attempt adds an increasing wait. After ten, the app signs out and erases its local data. |
| PIN storage | The PIN is never stored or sent. Only a salted, key-stretched (PBKDF2) hash is kept, in the iOS Keychain, on that device only. |
| Data in transit | All traffic between the app, the browser and our server uses encrypted HTTPS. |
| Account credentials | Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sessions use long random tokens. Sign-in works with iCloud Keychain and 1Password. |
| Who sees a record | Only the account owner, and people they invite who then accept. Access can be withdrawn at any time. |
| Shared or lost devices | Signing out can erase all local data. A new sign-in always sets up its own PIN. |
| Mistakes and deletion | Deleted entries go to a recycle bin first. Accounts, and everything in them, can be deleted from within the app. |
| Privacy | No advertising and no tracking. Data subject rights under UK GDPR are described in our privacy policy. |
Organisations can buy LogMeds for their whole team through Apple Business Manager, Apple's volume purchasing for businesses (or Apple School Manager for education providers).
Yes. One account can hold any number of people, each with their own medicines, reminders and blood-pressure readings.
Only if the account owner invites them and they accept. Access can be withdrawn at any time.
The app cannot be opened without the PIN or the enrolled Face ID or Touch ID. Repeated wrong PINs sign out and erase local data. The records themselves remain on our server and are available again after signing in on a new device.
No. LogMeds is a recording and reminder tool, not a medical device. Always follow your organisation's policy and the prescriber's instructions.
